ASTRACT

This study evaluates the challenges and impacts of long-term Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) on public resource utilization, focusing on their governance, financial, and operational frameworks. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology guided by the PRISMA framework, the research identifies critical factors affecting the effectiveness of PPP models. The findings reveal that while PPP can foster innovation and enhance financial sustainability, issues related to governance, frequent renegotiations, and misaligned objectives between public and private sectors often undermine their success. The study highlights the need for improved governance structures, equitable risk-sharing, and greater transparency to optimize PPP performance. These findings have significant implications for eco-tourism and digital technology, where community engagement is crucial for long-term success. This research makes a novel contribution by addressing the broader social-economic implications of PPP and offering actionable recommendations to balance private-sector efficiency with public welfare goals, encompassing sustainable development initiatives and ensuring sustainable and resilient partnerships across diverse contexts.

Septian, E., Wulandari, S., & Pratama, O. (2024). Policy Conflicts in The Legality of Alcohol Investment Licenses: An Advocacy Coalition Framework Perspective. Jurnal Administrasi Publik (Public Administration Journal), 14(1), 29–39.

ASTRACT

The phenomenon of policy conflicts that emerge in society and policy change requires an examination of the policies that are the focus of this research. With a focus on the dynamic nature and process of stakeholder-generated policies, identification is conducted over the long term, emphasizing conflict. The alcohol investment policy generated many pros and cons, prompting the government to intervene and later cancel the policy. When considering the identification of policy conflicts through the lens of the Advocacy Coalition Framework, it is important to examine the severity and speed of policy change. The findings of this study show that investment policies only fulfill economic requirements, ignoring all other considerations and standards. To support the social fabric of society, policy regulations are needed that accommodate all interests and produce win-win solutions. From upstream to downstream, alcohol circulation can be regulated using a comprehensive strategy. Policy conflicts are evaluated based on their nature, intensity, and causes through the lens of context and events.

Pratama, O. (2023). A Perspective on Human Rights, the Economic Liberalization of Education Provision in Indonesia. PLEDOI (Jurnal Hukum Dan Keadilan), 2(2), 192–206.

ASTRACT

A single embedded case study and a descriptive qualitative methodology are used in this study. sources of information include people or organizations, activities or events, documents and archives, as well as literature. The objectives of this study are to identify the economic liberalization that has taken place in the implementation of education in Indonesia, identify the effects of this economic liberalization, and discover the economic liberalization that has taken place in the education provision in Indonesia through its perspective of human rights. Education is a fundamental right that every citizen has access to, as stated in the preamble of the Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, which is about the nation's intellectual life. Everyone needs education to provide them with new knowledge. The economic liberalization of education provision refers to the recent use of education as a new tool to profit from all angles. Those with lower income levels may notice the effects of economic liberalization in the implementation of this education because it becomes more challenging for them to obtain the best education. Complete facilities and top-notch teaching staff are necessary for good education. The results of the study indicate that diverse parties must promote instruction that adheres to Indonesian national standards. Disparities and prejudice against particular groups seeking a great education must be removed in order to guarantee that every student has equitable access to a high-quality education that will help them develop their potential and talents in the future. The government, as the highest authority, should carry out planned programs in line with the desired objectives by evaluating field data and keeping an eye on connected parties' performance. The government will be able to maintain broad control over program execution as a result, without concentrating on or supporting any particular group.

Pratama, O. (2023) Indonesian Women’s Right to Gender Equality and Sexual Reproductive Health; a Human Right Perspective. Primagraha Law Review, 1(2), 108-124.

ASTRACT

In a legal and social context, the reproduction right is a problem of power relations and society, particularly laws. Women usually remain silent since they lack power. Not because of their personalities, but due to the influence of politics, economics, and society. Their interactions with men, their families, their friends, and society are all crucial. Gender-based laws are the result of communal attitudes toward women, gender, and sex. This results in a variety of forms of violence during implementation. The study adopts a description-based approach, and the analysis of how norms are applied to positive laws is the main research objective. Normative juridical research is well-versed in this approach. In order to develop the idea of gender equity, the study examines how human rights are applied and whether they are acceptable for women's reproductive rights based on gender. Additionally, the statuary approach, conceptual approach, and comparative technique are used in this type of research. These methods are used to identify problems and possible solutions. The results of the study indicate that when it comes to the safety or health of their reproductive systems, women have a special right to protection at work and in their professions Gender inequality is a cause of violations of women's human rights. Gender discrimination and violence against women in Indonesia are still pervasive.

ASTRACT

The aim of this study is to find out what is the role of women in conflict zones using case studies of women in peacebuilding in the conflict in Syria. This study uses qualitative methods with data sources from literature searches of several previous studies that have relevant studies or different information on events in conflict areas. Data and information come from a variety of sources, both online and offline. In a conflict in one area, victimization certainly does not apply to all genders, but women are often portrayed as victims in an area of conflict, but this is not entirely true. Women with different mentalities, often different from men, have always been able toplay an active role in peacebuilding in conflict zones. This can be seen, for example, in the current conflict in Syria. Women have many roles, ranging from direct roles, defenders in conflict areas to grassroots communities, that is, communities directlyaffected by the conflict.

Pratama, O., Astuti, KS. (2019). Tolerance education through a choral lesson in schools. 21st Century Innovation in Music Education. 302-306.

ABSTRACT

The aim of the study is to instill tolerance through a choral lesson which focuses on Nusantara songs. Indonesia’s diversity fosters differences of opinions, habits, and perspectives. Therefore, we need to understand how to respond to these differences which can be accomplished through the process of understanding Nusantara songs originated from diverse regions in the form of school choirs. The research is experimental by using pretest post test design. Students are invited to examine and experience Nusantara songs from Sumatra, Java, to Papua so that students are able to recognize and understand the diversity of Indonesia as reflected in the Nusantara songs.
